Renovations and Extensions

Some of our best work starts with an existing home. We've renovated and extended a 120 year old Federation home in Newtown, added a third storey to a coastal home in Point Lonsdale, reworked a brutalist Besser block beach house and renovated a 1970 home with ocean views in Ocean Grove. Each one keeps what makes the house special and adds what the family needs now. Our Aberdeen St renovation won Best Renovation over $1 Million at the 2025 Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Housing Awards, and earned us 2025 Regional Residential Builder of the Year (Western).
